Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PrintRush (the website at printrush.app and the print-and-ship service we run from it). By placing an order, uploading a file, or even just browsing, you agree to what's below. If any of it doesn't work for you, please don't use the service.

We're a small print shop, not a giant corporation, so we've tried to keep this human. If anything is unclear, email hello@printrush.app and we'll talk it through.

1. What we do

PrintRush prints 3D models on filament printers and ships the resulting physical parts. We work in two modes:

• Custom prints. You upload an STL file, we slice and price it, you pay, we print and ship.
• Shop products. We list pre-made items we've already designed or licensed. You order, we print or pull from stock and ship.

2. Your account & orders

You don't need an account to place an order — checkout is handled through Stripe. The email you provide at checkout is the address we use for order updates, so make sure it's one you actually check.

All prices are in US Dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; no surprise fees are added later. Sales tax may be added based on your shipping address.

3. Files you upload

When you upload an STL file to get a custom quote, you confirm that:

• You either created the model yourself or have the rights to have it printed and shipped to you.
• The model isn't infringing someone else's copyright, patent, trademark, or other IP.
• The model isn't illegal to manufacture or possess in your jurisdiction (firearms, weapons parts, counterfeit goods, etc.).

We reserve the right to refuse any print — for legal reasons, safety reasons, or simply because the geometry can't be printed reliably. If we refuse a paid order, we refund in full.

We don't sell, share, or use your uploaded models for anything other than producing your order. Files are stored securely and deleted from active storage 90 days after the order ships unless you ask us to keep them longer.

4. Shop products & third-party designs

Some items in our shop are printed from designs originally published on third-party platforms (Printables, Thingiverse, MakerWorld, MyMiniFactory). We only stock designs whose license permits commercial sale of prints, and we credit the original designer with a link to the source on each product page.

If you are a designer and would prefer we not sell prints of your model, see our DMCA & takedown policy — we'll remove the listing within 2 business days, no formal notice required.

5. Refunds, reprints, & shipping

We stand behind our prints. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or off-spec, we'll reprint and re-ship at no charge. See our refund & shipping policy for the full details and timelines.

6. What we ask of you

• Don't upload files you don't have the rights to.
• Don't try to abuse the site — scraping, brute-forcing the upload API, or otherwise interfering with normal operation.
• Don't use the site to produce anything illegal or dangerous.
• Be patient with us if a printer eats your job at 90% — it happens, and we'll make it right.

7. Liability

We do our best to deliver quality prints on time, but PrintRush is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost time, etc.).

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited (gross negligence, intentional misconduct, etc.).

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version that applies to your order is the version posted on this page at the time you placed the order. We'll update the “Last updated” date at the top whenever we make a change.
